I was asked to assist the launch of a start-up CBD brand in Newport Beach called WILD. I was tasked with creating product and packaging renders to be used for future marketing assets as well as on the e-commerce website. I was also asked to consult on the UX/UI design of the e-commerce website being developed by a local Shopify dev agency. In addition to still renders, I was asked to create product animations to both showcase the new products and educate consumers on product functionality—especially the new category of single shot CBD tinctures.

Challenges

Due to short timelines, product renders had to be developed in parallel with the branding of WILD which was being done in-house.

Solutions

Close collaboration with the in-house team at WILD. Establishing core brand principles with key stakeholders responsible for the visual identity of the brand.
